Effective: June 2, 1965 Latest Legislation: House Bill 56 - 106th General Assembly Notwithstanding section 1321.32 of the Revised Code, the state and any of its political subdivisions or instrumentalities may deduct from the wages or salaries of public employees, as the words are defined in section 9.40 of the Revised Code, such amounts as are prescribed by the employee for savings in share accounts in chartered credit unions.
