Effective: August 12, 2015 Latest Legislation: Senate Bill 38 - 131st General Assembly Nothing in sections 9.49 to 9.496 of the Revised Code shall be construed to expand the authority of any state agency or state agent to enter into contracts if no such authority previously existed.
