Effective: March 9, 1999 Latest Legislation: House Bill 649 - 122nd General Assembly (A) The house reimbursement fund is hereby created in the state treasury. The fund shall consist of refunds from the department of administrative services of overpayments of medical insurance premiums accumulated under division (C) of section 101.271 of the Revised Code; amounts received by the office of the chief administrative officer of the house of representatives for salvage and recycling of equipment, materials, and supplies; and payments from members and employees for incidental use of house equipment or facilities. The fund shall be used to pay operating expenses of the house of representatives.(B) The senate reimbursement fund is hereby created in the state treasury. The fund shall consist of refunds from the department of administrative services of overpayments of medical insurance premiums accumulated under division (B) of section 101.271 of the Revised Code; amounts received by the senate clerk's office for salvage and recycling of equipment, materials, and supplies; and payments from members and employees for incidental use of senate equipment or facilities. ts received by the senate clerk's office for salvage and recycling of equipment, materials, and supplies; and payments from members and employees for incidental use of senate equipment or facilities.
