Effective: March 9, 1999 Latest Legislation: House Bill 649 - 122nd General Assembly The clerk of the senate and the clerk of the house of representatives shall make an index to the journals of the senate and house of representatives, and an index to the appendix to both journals. The clerk of the senate and the clerk of the house of representatives shall print the indexes in the appendix to the final senate and house of representatives journals.
