Effective: September 29, 2015 Latest Legislation: House Bill 64 - 131st General Assembly A state agency, its officers, employees, and contractors, shall recognize the state identification card of an individual who is a member, officer who is not a member, or employee of the general assembly as a form of identification at all entry points and check points within the state agency's building or office and may not require any additional credential or photograph.
