Effective: January 1, 1991 Latest Legislation: House Bill 538 - 118th General Assembly The attorney general and any assistant or special counsel designated by him may investigate compliance with sections 101.70 to 101.78 of the Revised Code and with section 2921.13 of the Revised Code in connection with statements required to be filed under these sections and, in the event of an apparent violation, shall report his findings to the prosecuting attorney of Franklin county, who shall institute such proceedings as are appropriate.
