Effective: September 15, 2004 Latest Legislation: Senate Bill 133 - 125th General Assembly The attorney general and any assistant or special counsel designated by the attorney general may investigate compliance with sections 101.90 to 101.98 of the Revised Code in connection with statements required to be filed under these sections and, in the event of an apparent violation, shall report the findings of any such investigation to the prosecuting attorney of Franklin county, who shall institute such proceedings as are appropriate.
