Effective: April 1, 2002 Latest Legislation: Senate Bill 11 - 123rd General Assembly If there is an expected or unexpected shut down of the whole or part of the electronic rule-filing system, such as for maintenance or because of hardware or software failure, the director of the legislative service commission may temporarily authorize an agency that is required to file rules and other rule-making and rule-related documents exclusively in electronic form nevertheless to file rules and other rule-making and rule-related documents in print form.
