Effective: January 9, 1961 Latest Legislation: House Bill 1 - 104th General Assembly The Ohio legislative service commission shall appoint and fix the compensation of a director and such other technical, professional and clerical employes and services as are necessary to carry out the powers and duties of the commission. All officers and employes of the commission shall serve at the pleasure of the commission. The director shall act as secretary of the commission and shall be the chief administrative officer of the commission.
