Effective: June 30, 2000 Latest Legislation: Senate Bill 245 - 123rd General Assembly (A) The compensation of the director and all officers and employees of the Ohio legislative service commission, the expenses of the commission, and the expenses of the director and the employees of the commission shall be paid out of appropriations made for that purpose upon vouchers approved by the director and the chairperson of the commission.(B) The director of budget and management, upon the request of the director of the legislative service commission and with the approval of the chairperson and vice-chairperson of the commission, shall make transfers of all or part of an appropriation within the commission or from one fiscal year to another.
