Effective: September 30, 2021 Latest Legislation: House Bill 110 - 134th General Assembly The Ohio legislative service commission shall meet as often as is necessary to perform its duties. Eight members shall constitute a quorum, and the majority thereof shall have authority to act on new matters within the jurisdiction of the commission.
