Effective: July 17, 2009 Latest Legislation: House Bill 1 - 128th General Assembly There is hereby created in the state treasury the legislative agency telephone usage fund. Money collected from the house of representatives, senate, and joint legislative ethics committee shall be credited to the fund, along with money collected from any other legislative agency that the legislative service commission determines should account for calls made from the agency's telephones through the fund. The fund shall be used to pay the telephone carriers for all such telephone calls.
