Effective: July 1, 1993 Latest Legislation: House Bill 152 - 120th General Assembly The correctional institution inspection committee, by a vote of at least five members, shall select from its membership a chairman, vice-chairman, and a secretary. The members of the committee shall serve without compensation but shall be reimbursed for their actual and necessary expenses incurred in the discharge of their official duties.
