Effective: December 2, 1996 Latest Legislation: House Bill 670 - 121st General Assembly The state council of uniform state laws may incur expenses for an assistant secretary, postage, stationery, printing, and incidentals. The expenses authorized by this section and section 105.25 of the Revised Code shall be paid from moneys appropriated for that purpose. The council shall audit all bills and keep full and accurate accounts of its expenditures.
