Effective: July 1, 1985 Latest Legislation: House Bill 201 - 116th General Assembly The Ohio judicial conference may receive grants, gifts, bequests, and devises and expend them for expenses of members in attending executive and standing committee meetings and for special research or study relating to the administration of justice. The conference shall file annually, but not later than the fifteenth day of March, with the supreme court, a full report of all grants, gifts, bequests, and devises received during the preceding calendar year, when received, and to whom and for what expended.
