Effective: September 29, 2017 Latest Legislation: House Bill 49 - 132nd General Assembly The governor shall ensure that among the various budget recommendations made by the governor and the director of budget and management to the general assembly each biennium there are recommendations for appropriations to the Ohio facilities construction commission, aggregating not less than three hundred million dollars per fiscal year for constructing, acquiring, replacing, reconstructing, or adding to classroom facilities, as such term is defined in section 3318.01 of the Revised Code.
