Effective: October 16, 2009 Latest Legislation: House Bill 1 - 128th General Assembly The governor shall have no power to issue any executive order that has previously been issued and that the federal trade commission, office of policy planning, bureau of economics, and bureau of competition has opined is anti-competitive and is in violation of anti-trust laws. Any such executive order shall be considered invalid and unenforceable.
