Effective: January 1, 2025 Latest Legislation: House Bill 101 - 135th General Assembly (A) There is hereby created the attorney general court order and settlement fund, which shall be part of the state treasury. (B) The fund shall consist of money collected or received by the office of the attorney general, on behalf of the state of Ohio or an agency or officer thereof, as a result of an order or judgment of a court or a settlement or other compromise of claims, for transfer to the appropriate fund or funds in the manner provided under section 109.112 of the Revised Code.
