Effective: October 6, 1994 Latest Legislation: House Bill 571 - 120th General Assembly The attorney general, when so requested, shall give legal advice to a state officer, board, commission, the warden of a state correctional institution, the superintendent, trustees, or directors of a benevolent institution of the state, and the trustees of the Ohio state university, in all matters relating to their official duties.
