Effective: November 5, 1959 Latest Legislation: House Bill 24 - 103rd General Assembly The attorney general shall compile all statutes relative to obscenity in a convenient pamphlet or paper and may distribute this compilation, without charge, to such sheriffs, police chiefs, county prosecutors, city prosecutors, mayors, constables, judges of the courts of common pleas, county court judges, municipal judges, and other interested parties, as may request such distribution, and make available a reasonable number of such compilations to fill such requests.The attorney general shall, from time to time, supplement and keep the compilation current and he may, upon request, distribute such supplemental material in the manner provided in this section.
