Effective: July 1, 1992 Latest Legislation: Senate Bill 351 - 119th General Assembly There is hereby created in the office of the attorney general a section of antitrust. Ten per cent of all recoveries obtained by the attorney general pursuant to section 109.81 of the Revised Code by settlement or by judgment in any court and the full amount of all related civil penalties, attorney's fees, and reimbursements of investigative, litigation, or expert witness costs shall be paid into the state treasury to the credit of the attorney general antitrust fund, which is hereby created. The fund shall be used for expenses of the antitrust section. The expenses of the antitrust section in excess of the money available in the fund shall be paid out of the regular appropriation to the office of the attorney general.
