Effective: August 6, 1976 Latest Legislation: House Bill 390 - 111th General Assembly Each year the secretary of state shall prepare, print, and distribute a table showing the time for holding the terms of the courts of appeals, which table, corrected to show any changes made by the judges or the general assembly, shall be published in his annual report and in the volume of the statutes printed at the close of each second regular session of the general assembly.
