Effective: December 20, 2005 Latest Legislation: Senate Bill 107 - 126th General Assembly The fiscal officer of every township and the clerk of every municipal corporation, board of elections, and board of county commissioners shall:(A) Furnish and certify to the secretary of state all copies of resolutions, ordinances, other instruments, portions of public records, and other information as the secretary of state requires; and(B) Furnish and certify duplicate copies of so much of each item as the secretary of state prescribes to the clerk of the court of common pleas and the law library of the county affected.
