Effective: September 30, 2021 Latest Legislation: House Bill 110 - 134th General Assembly There is hereby established in the state treasury the board of elections reimbursement and education fund. The fund shall be used by the secretary of state to reimburse boards of elections pursuant to sections 3513.301, 3513.312, 3515.071, and 3521.03 of the Revised Code, and to provide training and educational programs for members and employees of boards of elections.
