Effective: September 15, 2004 Latest Legislation: Senate Bill 133 - 125th General Assembly The secretary of state shall prescribe forms for campaign finance disclosure statements and independent expenditure statements for the purpose of sections 145.053, 742.042, 3307.072, 3309.072, and 5505.044 of the Revised Code and accept the forms from candidates and persons making independent expenditures filing them with the secretary pursuant to those sections.
