Effective: September 8, 2016 Latest Legislation: House Bill 359 - 131st General Assembly (A) Notwithstanding division (A)(3) of section 2743.02 of the Revised Code and except if the performance or nonperformance was manifestly outside the scope of the officer's or employee's office or employment or the officer or employee acted with malicious purpose, in bad faith, or in a wanton or reckless manner, the state is immune from liability in any civil action or proceeding involving the performance or nonperformance of a public duty under the address confidentiality program. (B) The secretary of state shall adopt rules under Chapter 119. of the Revised Code to facilitate the administration of sections 111.41 to 111.46 of the Revised Code.
