Effective: August 6, 2004 Latest Legislation: Senate Bill 102 - 125th General Assembly When applicable, the auditor of state shall make a notation on the audit report prepared under section 117.25 of the Revised Code for any county treasurer's office, that the county treasurer invested at least ten per cent of the county's money in eligible institutions as described in Chapter 135. of the Revised Code, located within the county during the previous fiscal year.
