Effective: September 29, 1999 Latest Legislation: House Bill 283 - 123rd General Assembly The auditor of state shall conduct a fiduciary training program for members and employees of state boards and commissions. The program shall be offered at least annually. The auditor of state shall determine the manner and content of the program and may charge a registration fee to defray the actual and necessary expenses of the program.Members and employees of state boards and commissions may attend the fiduciary training program offered under this section. If a registration fee is charged for the program, the auditor of state shall deposit it into the auditor of state training program fund established under section 117.44 of the Revised Code.
