Effective: January 1, 1974 Latest Legislation: House Bill 511 - 109th General Assembly Every agency authorized by law to adopt, amend, or rescind rules may suspend the license of any person, over whom such agency has jurisdiction within the purview of sections 119.01 to 119.13 of the Revised Code, for engaging in deceptive trade practice as defined in section 4165.02 of the Revised Code. Except as otherwise expressly provided by law existing as of November 2, 1959, no agency may make rules which would limit or restrict the right of any person to advertise in compliance with law.
