Effective: August 18, 2019 Latest Legislation: Senate Bill 221 - 132nd General Assembly When an agency files a rule in final form that incorporates a text or other material by reference, the agency, prior to the effective date of the rule, shall ensure that the text or other material is available from the agency. The agency promptly and without charge shall make the text or other material available to any person who requests access to the text or other material.
