Effective: May 12, 1994 Latest Legislation: House Bill 492 - 120th General Assembly (A) Whoever violates division (A), (B), or (C) of section 121.61 or section 121.67 of the Revised Code is guilty of a misdemeanor of the fourth degree.(B) Whoever violates division (D) of section 121.61 of the Revised Code is guilty of a misdemeanor of the first degree.
