Effective: October 17, 2019 Latest Legislation: House Bill 166 - 133rd General Assembly The rural industrial park loan fund is hereby created in the state treasury for the purposes of the program established under section 122.24 of the Revised Code. The director of development services shall deposit money received for the purposes of that section to the credit of the fund.
