Effective: September 29, 2013 Latest Legislation: House Bill 59 - 130th General Assembly All expenses and obligations incurred by the director of development services in carrying out the director's powers and duties under sections 122.28 and 122.30 to 122.36 of the Revised Code, are payable from revenues or other receipts or income from grants, gifts, contributions, compensation, reimbursement, and funds established in accordance with those sections or general revenue funds appropriated by the general assembly for operating expenses of the director.
