Effective: May 17, 2021 Latest Legislation: House Bill 2 - 134th General Assembly (A) Each broadband provider that receives a program grant shall submit to the development services agency an annual progress report on the status of the deployment of the broadband network described in the eligible project for which the program grant award was made. (B) The broadband provider shall submit an operational report with the agency not later than sixty days after the completion of the project and annually thereafter for a period of four years.
