Effective: September 29, 2005 Latest Legislation: House Bill 66 - 126th General Assembly Any person who intentionally misrepresents that person's self as owning, controlling, operating, or participating in a minority business enterprise for the purpose of obtaining funds, contracts, subcontracts, services, or any other benefits under sections 122.71 to 122.85 or 122.87 to 122.90 of the Revised Code is guilty of theft by deception, pursuant to section 2913.02 of the Revised Code.
