Effective: December 17, 1980 Latest Legislation: House Bill 584 - 113th General Assembly The minority business development division may receive and accept gifts, grants, loans, or any other financial or other aid from any federal, state, local, or private agency or fund for any of the purposes of sections 122.92 to 122.94 of the Revised Code, and may enter into any contract with any agency or fund in connection with receiving the aid, and receive and accept aid or contributions from any other source of money, property, labor, or things of value, to be held, used, and applied only for the purposes for which the grants and contributions are made.
