Effective: September 10, 2012 Latest Legislation: House Bill 487 - 129th General Assembly The director of administrative services may maintain an action in the name of the state for violations of any law relating to the public works for an injury to property pertaining to the public works, or for any other cause which is necessary in the performance of the director's duties.
