Effective: September 10, 2012 Latest Legislation: House Bill 487 - 129th General Assembly The director of administrative services shall regulate the rate of tolls to be collected on the public works of the state, and shall fix all rentals and collect all tolls, rents, fines, commissions, fees, and other revenues arising from any source in the public works, including the sale, purchase, or rental of property, except that the director shall not collect a commission or fee from a real estate broker or the private owner when real property is leased or rented to the state.
