Effective: December 4, 1973 Latest Legislation: Senate Bill 174 - 110th General Assembly All bids, proposals, and contracts received by the director of administrative services shall be indorsed, filed, and preserved in his office.Copies of contracts for work or materials, water privileges or lands on which such privileges are to be used, leases, and all other contracts entered into by the director shall be filed and recorded in his office within thirty days from their execution.
