Effective: December 1, 2006 Latest Legislation: House Bill 530 - 126th General Assembly The director of administrative services may establish an employee exchange program for employees whose salary or wage is paid directly by warrant of the director of budget and management. The director of administrative services shall adopt rules in accordance with Chapter 119. of the Revised Code to provide for the administration of the program.
