Effective: October 25, 1995 Latest Legislation: Senate Bill 99 - 121st General Assembly No state institution of higher education shall prohibit, and nothing in this chapter prohibits, an employee in the classified civil service of the institution from residing outside this state. As used in this section, 'state institution of higher education' has the meaning given in section 3345.011 of the Revised Code.
