Effective: October 17, 2019 Latest Legislation: House Bill 166 - 133rd General Assembly The director of administrative services annually shall conduct a survey on diversity within each state agency's workforce at the time of the survey. Not later than December 31, 2020, and not later than the thirty-first day of December of each year thereafter, the director shall issue a report on the results of the surveys with the governor and the general assembly in accordance with section 101.68 of the Revised Code.
