Effective: September 30, 2021 Latest Legislation: House Bill 110 - 134th General Assembly Any person who is certified by the director of development in accordance with the rules adopted under division (B)(1) of section 122.921 of the Revised Code as a minority business enterprise may have that person's name placed on a special minority business enterprise notification list to be used in connection with contracts awarded under section 125.081 of the Revised Code.
