Effective: September 29, 2017 Latest Legislation: House Bill 49 - 132nd General Assembly (A) The director of administrative services shall determine the reimbursable cost of space in state-owned or state-leased facilities and shall collect reimbursements for that cost.(B) The director may provide building maintenance services and tenant improvement services to any state agency and may collect reimbursements for the cost of providing those services.(C) All money collected by the department of administrative services, for operating expenses of facilities owned or maintained by the department, or for tenant improvement services, shall be deposited into the state treasury to the credit of the building management fund, which is hereby created. All money collected for depreciation and related costs shall be deposited into the building improvement fund created under section 125.27 of the Revised Code or deposited into the building management fund and then transferred by the director of budget and management to the building improvement fund.
