Effective: June 30, 2005 Latest Legislation: House Bill 66 - 126th General Assembly A government ordering office and qualified nonprofit agency shall provide the necessary information and documentation requested by the office of procurement from community rehabilitation programs to enable the office to effectively administer sections 125.60 to 125.6012 of the Revised Code.
