Effective: December 4, 1973 Latest Legislation: Senate Bill 174 - 110th General Assembly All contractors for printing shall promptly execute the orders issued to them by the general assembly and the executive officers of the state. For failure to comply with this section, the bond of a contractor may be forfeited, but for good cause shown by him, the department of administrative services may amend the orders.
