Effective: July 1, 1985 Latest Legislation: House Bill 201 - 116th General Assembly The director of budget and management shall furnish to the president of the senate, the speaker of the house of representatives and the legislative budget office of the legislative service commission monthly reports of revenues, disbursements and expenses, transfers, lapses, and balances for each fund of the state. A daily report of fiscal transactions shall be provided to the legislative budget office.
