Effective: October 16, 2009 Latest Legislation: House Bill 1 - 128th General Assembly (A) Each state agency shall use the interoffice mailing service provided by the department of administrative services for all mail deliveries to other state agencies located within a reasonable distance. (B) By October 1, 2009, each state agency shall direct all major printing, copying, mail preparation, and related services through the department of administrative services and shall eliminate any internal operations providing those services.
