Effective: October 3, 2023 Latest Legislation: House Bill 33 - 135th General Assembly There is hereby created within the department of administrative services the 9-1-1 program office, headed by an administrator in the unclassified civil service pursuant to division (A)(9) of section 124.11 of the Revised Code. The administrator shall be appointed by and serve at the pleasure of the director of administrative services.
