Effective: April 19, 1954 Latest Legislation: Senate Bill 362 - 100th General Assembly The board of commissioners of the sinking fund shall be composed of the governor, treasurer of state, auditor of state, secretary of state, and the attorney general. The auditor of state shall be president, and the secretary of state shall be secretary of the board. The board may appoint a clerk who shall be paid from the sinking fund.
